Are there opportunities for career changers?

Absolutely. We are not looking for perfect CVs, but for motivation and a genuine interest in technology, energy, and sustainable systems, as well as a technical foundation we can build upon. Applicants from related fields are particularly welcome, such as:

Whether you have completed vocational training, a master craftsman certificate, a technician degree, a university degree, or are a working student – what matters most is that you bring technical understanding, a willingness to learn, and a sense of responsibility.

Where is the vocational school located during my apprenticeship?

Classes are held in a block system – which means you will spend several weeks at a time at the vocational school and then return to the company.

Does Natur Energietechnik offer internships or thesis opportunities for students?

Yes. We offer students the opportunity to complete an internship semester or write their Bachelor's or Master's thesis with us. In doing so, we place great value on practical tasks, sound professional supervision, and a close connection to ongoing projects. Potential topics arise from our fields of activity – such as electrical engineering, automation, computer science, machine learning, energy and systems engineering, or related disciplines. We are also happy to review your own topic proposals, provided they align with our projects and our supervisory focus!
