Even modern energy and automation systems are not completely maintenance-free. Over time, mechanical components, electrical equipment, control technology, or software can degrade or shift. Weather conditions, dirt accumulation, or software anomalies often go unnoticed – yet in the long run, they lead to yield losses or production interruptions.

Our service team ensures that your entire system – from hydropower and automation to solar PV, energy storage, and charging infrastructure – remains perfectly synchronized. We inspect your systems holistically: mechanically, electrically, and on a software level.

This is how we ensure that your energy supply and process control function reliably, economically, and are future-proof. Our experts undergo regular training, possess years of experience, and utilize state-of-the-art measurement technology to quickly locate even hidden faults and resolve them with minimal downtime.

Your Benefits at a Glance:

  • Reliable operation through regular monitoring and maintenance
  • Minimization of downtime, yield losses, and production interruptions
  • Documented system status for proof, insurance, and warranty purposes
  • Maximum cost-effectiveness through perfectly synchronized systems

Module Performance Determination

Reliable performance is the foundation of any economically operated photovoltaic system. With our professional module performance analysis, we check whether your system actually delivers the expected output – precisely, transparently, and comprehensibly documented.

Our specialist technicians record all relevant measured values, analyze the internal series resistance, and determine the characteristic curve of your system. This allows us to clearly establish whether the modules, wiring, and plug connectors are working correctly or if performance losses are occurring.

The results are recorded in a detailed test report, which serves as technical proof and a basis for potential warranty or insurance claims. In this way, we provide planning security and clarity regarding the actual condition of your system – so you know exactly where you stand.

Module Replacement

When individual modules of a photovoltaic system fail or lose performance, one thing matters above all: fast and economically sound action. Our service team possesses years of experience with a wide variety of manufacturers, module types, and inverters, ensuring a seamless process – from initial analysis to replacement.

Even if original modules are no longer available or manufacturers are no longer on the market, we find technically compatible and equivalent solutions that reliably safeguard your yield. In doing so, we focus not only on functionality but also on a visually and electrically harmonious overall appearance of your system.

Whether dealing with damage claims or age-related performance degradation – we advise you transparently, source the appropriate replacement module, and document every step in a traceable manner. This keeps your system cost-effective, high-performing, and operationally safe, without unnecessary downtime.

InverterReplacement

The inverter is the central component of your photovoltaic system—it converts the generated direct current into usable alternating current, thereby ensuring the reliable operation of your system. Since these components are subjected to greater stress than the modules themselves, their average service life is about ten years.

Regular software checks and updates, as well as inspections of all connections on both the DC and AC sides, are therefore crucial to preventing yield losses and downtime. Our service team performs this work professionally and, if necessary, also assesses whether a replacement makes economic sense.

As a certified service partner of leading manufacturers—including SMA, Fronius, Kostal, Siemens, Power-One, Platinum, Kaco, and Solarmax — we can quickly replace defective equipment and, in most cases, even do so free of charge within the warranty period. Thanks to state-of-the-art measurement technology and trained specialists, we detect even hidden faults early on and ensure that your system operates efficiently, safely, and reliably over the long term.

Drone thermography

Thermography is one of the most effective methods for quickly and precisely assessing the technical condition of photovoltaic systems. Using our drone equipped with a high-resolution thermal imaging camera, we inspect your system contact-free from the air—without interrupting operations or requiring scaffolding.

As a certified specialist company, we detect temperature anomalies at the module level caused by factors such as cell damage, defective connectors, or so-called hotspots. These overheated areas can reduce performance or pose a safety risk. By identifying such issues early on, you prevent yield losses, reduce downtime, and secure your investment for the long term. You will receive a professional analysis including documented measurement data and actionable recommendations.

Your benefits:

  • Contact-free inspection – ideal for large or hard-to-reach systems
  • Precise fault detection at the module level
  • Early detection of performance losses and safety risks
  • Documented inspection report for insurance, warranty, or maintenance records
  • Sustainable yield protection through timely corrective action

Work on energized grids

Particularly with larger PV systems—such as those on agricultural businesses, commercial properties, or municipal facilities — a safe and stable grid connection is critical for cost-effective operation. Requirements for grid connection, feed-in, and grid security have increased significantly in recent years due to new regulations such as VDE-AR-N 4105.

To prevent downtime and unexpected costs, we offer specialized procedures for grid work that can be performed live. This means necessary work or adjustments are carried out without interrupting the power supply—your operations continue smoothly while we ensure safety and grid compliance in the background.

Our specially trained technicians hold the required certifications for live-line working and use only tested, approved protective equipment and measuring devices. This allows us to guarantee the highest level of occupational safety, precision, and compliance with all technical regulations—at both the low-voltage and medium-voltage levels.

Your benefits:

  • Maintenance and repairs without operational downtime
  • Minimization of downtime and backup power costs
  • Work in compliance with VDE-AR-N 4105 and current grid connection regulations
  • Qualified specialists with advanced training for live-line working
  • Reliable documentation for grid operators, insurance providers, and internal audits

Safety inspections

Safety is no accident—we inspect your systems and equipment with the utmost care and in full compliance with all applicable standards. Whether it is an initial inspection, periodic testing, or fulfilling special requirements in sensitive areas—we ensure that your electrical installation meets recognized technical regulations and can be operated safely.

Our safety inspection services

  • Inspection of electrical installations in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-600 (Initial inspections)
  • Periodic testing in accordance with DIN VDE 0105-100/A1
  • Inspections in accordance with DIN VDE 0108 for schools, kindergartens, and public assembly sites
  • Equipment testing in accordance with DIN VDE 0702 and 0751
  • Testing of stationary and mobile systems according to accident prevention regulations UVV BGV-A3 (GUV 2.10)
